flame arrestors

Flame arrestors designed and tested according to EN.12874 standard to be installed in classified areas. In the filling operation of tanks breather valves or free vent discharge vapours in line flame arrester that can ignite for atmospheric causes. The tank should be protected to to prevent propagation of flames in its interior. The end of line deflagration flame arrestor that can be installed between the tank and the breather valve or the free vent will prevent the transmission of fire inside the tank.
Lupi Augusto Flame arrestors can
– quench the flames
– dissipate the heat generated by the flames
– resist to overpressure generated by flame front
